This newsletter is a space where I explore whatever I am thinking about in the form of short pieces of writing. The topics vary, but will almost always have something to do with love, everyday life, radical negativity (neither this/nor that—moving beyond oppositions), togetherness, women and women’s lives, literature, film, music, food, mothering, and whatever else I want to untangle with words. I am giving myself a space to write that is freer, looser, and more spontaneous than some of the other writing I do in my life as a scholar and critic.
